RSM US LLP, the First Choice Advisor to the middle market, is seeking a driven leader to join the Los Angeles office as a Consulting Partner to lead our TMC practice – Technology Management Consulting. The Consulting Partner will capitalize on their technical expertise, top leadership skills, and service oriented mindset to focus on middle market clients of the Greater Los Angeles Area.


This leader will be the catalyst of expansion in the region. The firm will rely on the TMC Partner’s entrepreneurial business strategy and vast network with business leaders to build out the growing practice. It is pivotal that the Consulting Partner possess the social aptitude to represent RSM US LLP at all times to consistently attract stellar talent to the firm and to secure new client relationships.


As the First Choice Advisor to the middle market, the TMC Partner will be a champion of financial transformation. The Consulting Partner will plan, assess, and provide business recommendations to our clients with RSM’s services which includes: management consulting, systems implementation, business applications, infrastructure, and managed services. 


As a Consulting Partner at RSM, you will have an important role in developing and mentoring our people. With your coaching, you will be instrumental in helping these individuals achieve rewarding careers and developing them into future leaders.



  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline

    • CPA, PMP, or MBA is a plus

  • A combined minimum of 12+ years of relevant professional experience at a top tier public accounting firm (Big4 highly desired) and private company experience in corporate finance and accounting.

  • Technical excellence in financial transformation

  • Keen understanding of the financials and accounting processes

  • A consultative eye for our clients in: process improvement, adding controls, systems automation, ERP implementation, back office IT and accounting solutions

  • ERP implementation experience. NetSuite experience highly desired

  • Must be systems savvy across multiple platforms

  • Excellent project management skills with success managing multiple engagements and clients

  • Needs high service mentality and market facing approach

  • Relevant industry experience within the Greater Los Angeles Area which may include: consumer/industrial products, technology, private equity, real estate, manufacturing, financial services, media, entertainment, service or retail

  • Proven success in building, developing, and growing client relationships

  • A desire to be a leader within the Great Los Angeles Area business community

  • A proactive leader capable of managing and building out a high caliber team
