The Title Attorney/Title Manager position will provide our new hire with a uniquely experiential opportunity to immerse themselves in the day-to-day bustle of a prestigious foreclosure legal group's Title Department. The ideal candidate will have at least ten (10) years of title experience reviewing title reports and curing title issues in a multi-state foreclosure practice. Underwriting experience is a plus. The candidate must be detail oriented, possess strong interpersonal and analytical skills and be able to work independently.

Responsibilities
- Directly supervise and manage the day-to-day operations and workflows for a team of title examiners and title legal assistants
- Assist the foreclosure attorneys and paralegals with title related requests as relates to client pre-foreclosure and post-foreclosure inquiries and third party title curative requests
- Act as the subject matter expert for title related information and processes across states, particularly as relates to probate, mobile home, condo and homeowners associations, surplus funds, notice, ownership, lien priority, title curative, etc.
- Develop training guides and train newly hired title examiners
- Create and present educational training sessions across a range of title related topics for team members
- Ability to review and execute curative documents as needed
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of title experience
- Intermediate to advanced-level computer and general office skills; strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively communicate through both verbal and written electronic correspondence
- Demonstrate an excellent ability to analyze corrective action opportunities and present recommendations
- Meticulous analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
Preferred Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience practicing law in foreclosure
- Underwriting experience
- Mobile home de-titling experience
- Probate review and other probate related experience
- Bar Membership
