The commerce industry has seen tremendous growth in recent years and has become a hotly contested space amongst leading Internet companies, and its future growth cannot be underestimated. TikTok re-imagines global commerce with rich content and endless joy.

The TikTok Shop Vertical Solutions product team is focused on providing end to end product solutions for categories in ecommerce. This team focuses on driving innovation for verticals such as beauty, fashion, home and living, etc to drive GMV on TikTok Shop.

This product manager will be responsible for working with cross functional partners across the ecommerce product organization, developing product strategy, and executing on the product roadmap to deliver new innovations for both internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

- Product Strategy: Partner with strategic account teams to develop category-specific strategy and open up new categories on TikTok Shop to drive GMV.
- Customer Engagement: Work closely with our strategic account teams and merchants to identify their current and future needs. Design and evangelize TikTok commerce solutions to enable sellers' success on TikTok platform. Establish clear success metrics, performance management, and business growth plans.
- Product Solution: Develop product solutions and roadmaps. Collaborate with internal product domain managers on product design, product development, product launch, and post-launch issue resolution and growth.
- Product Innovation: Drive continuous product solution innovation with deep industry, customer, competitive, and data-driven insights. Lead innovation for TikTok commerce solution.

Qualifications

- Minimum 5 years of product management experience in the Commerce industry. Experience in fashion, beauty, home & living, food & beverage or consumer electronics categories is a plus.
- In-depth understanding of Commerce product architecture.
- Ability to both think big and dive deep. Strong bias for action to deliver solid business results.
- Strong communication skills, cross functional collaboration skills and project management skills
- A growth mindset with strong commitment to continuous learn and grow
- Bachelor's degree is required. Ecommerce technical background is a plus.
