Raytheon is hiring a Third-Party Logistics Lead to support/oversee the Inbound and Outbound Logistics activity at our 3PL location in Manchester, New Hampshire. Activity includes Receiving, Inspection, Warehousing, Inventory Compliance, and outbound Shipping. Candidate will report directly to the Raytheon 3PL Sr. Manager. Selected candidate must have strong organizational skills and be able to effectively multitask to support the many different logistics needs. Candidate will be responsible for collaborating with the 3PL Supplier to ensure Key Performance Indicators are met or exceeded. Selected candidate will collaborate with other onsite Raytheon Logistics organizations, including Property Management, Inventory Compliance, and Supplier Quality as part of daily operational activity. In addition to oversight responsibilities, the candidate may be tasked with performing some level of transactional activity to support key tasks. Candidate must have strong communication skills and will serve as a liaison between the Raytheon Operations/Production Control/Procurement organizations and the 3PL supplier. Candidate will also be responsible for identifying operational gaps, developing solutions, executing improvement ideas, and monitoring progress.

The selected candidate will gain understanding of the 3PL Supplier Statement of Work and ensure the 3PL supplier is working in alignment to the contract. To create harmonization and standard work opportunities, candidate will coordinate with other 3PL Supplier sites supporting Raytheon. 

The selected candidate will also support key organizational goals, including safety. This will include performing safety gemba walks, ensuring all safety requirements are being met, and helping to develop new safety standards to ensure the Supplier and Raytheon personnel continue to work in safe environments.

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum eight (8) years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum five (5) years' experience.

  • Experience with either Logistics, Supply Chain, Inventory, or Operations. 

  • Experience in leadership or management.

  • The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.

Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
