The Testing Manager will oversee all management initiatives related to the building, maintenance and reporting of a Testing Center of Excellence within Wintrust Bank. This position will be accountable to both Information Technology and Business Unit Stakeholders with regards to the management of testing methodologies, tools and processes to deliver an effective program to enhance the integrity of the applications being processes within the Wintrust organization.

Qualifications

  • 7-10 years Testing Experience.
  • Masters Degree or Equivalent.
  • Experience Managing testing teams both local and offshore.
  • Experience Creating a defined strategic roadmap to acquire and build testing scripts and approaches to applications.
  • History of successful development of testing methodologies.
