Testing and Validation Team Manager (2612-LAD)
We are searching for an Engineering Manager to lead a Testing and
Validation team that is 30+ engineers strong.
The team is composed of developers working as Software Development
Engineers in Test (SDET). In this role you will be responsible for
coaching and developing your engineers in order to assist them on
their career path.

-Prior experience with embedded software and software
-Experience providing coaching and mentoring to team

-Experience with recruiting, hiring, performance

-Experience reviewing project milestones and required
technical skill sets to create resource plans and load balance
the engineering team across several projects running
-You will be managing a team of 30+ engineers, and you will
supportrecruiting and hiring as needed.
-In conjunction with Project Managers, you will monitor
resource loading and resource allocations.
