Primary duties are to serve as the DT/OT test operations analyst for acquisition efforts within ABMS. Provides analytical support to the test team to ensure results are statistically relevant. Critical for understanding operational impact of the product to mission execution. Develop Measures of Effectiveness/Performance/Suitability and Identify Critical Operational Issues to be evaluated. Responsible for supporting development of test execution (planning through data delivery and development of Test and Evaluation planning documents. Supports the methods and procedures required to effectively test for technical performance, properties, design characteristics, reliability, and maintainability of systems/materiel and major sub-systems to assure that items meet military or other requirements. Serves as an expert on cross-functional modeling/simulation techniques. Utilizes scientific inquiry in the development of mathematical models and computer programs to evaluate/predict the ability to support assigned projects, studies, or problems.
