Job Description: The Test Engineer at Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Company in Milwaukee, Wisconsin will create well defined test strategies and test plans and perform manual/exploratory testing. Utilize Node, Node.JS, and automation frameworks that are written within it to contribute to automation tests. Perform Microsoft Dynamics CRM application testing. Develop software and systems on test driven development and continue integration practices. Utilize SQL, Rest/Soap services, Java, Javascript, Postman, Soap UI, and Jira. Research to effectively construct test cases and understand what needs to be done in terms of integrations/regression testing. Discuss and facilitate the discussions of high level CRM integrations functionality and infrastructure with a high level of proficiency. Research emerging test tools, trends and methodologies and enhance existing systems and processes. Contribute to user experience with test frameworks such as front end, back end, cloud, .net, Java full stack. Work within and understand system and business flow, as well as external dependencies. Apply domain expertise and collaborate in development and product leads to understand roadmaps, challenges and project deadlines and apply engineering best practices in order to analyze, design, develop, deploy and support software solutions, and/or infrastructure implementations/upgrades. Apply experience with selenium-based tools and Git-based VCS.

Minimum Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field plus five years of progressive experience performing functional and automation

testing. Five years of experience must include five years of experience with each of the following: (1) SQL; (2) Rest / Soap services; (3) Java, Javascript, Postman or Soap UI; (4) Microsoft Dynamics CRM application testing; (5) Jira; (6) Node; (7) selenium or selenium-based tools; and (8) Git-based VCS.
