Test Engineer III at Belcan in Kent, WA

Responsibilities:

* Work with the design and systems engineers to plan tests of vehicle subsystems, ensuring tests are designed to verify the pertinent requirements.

* Develop test processes for integrated testing, methods to efficiently complete integrated system testing, procedures and software automation that will be used in launch operations.

* Support design engineers to work testing and operability features in during the design phase of new vehicles and development testing to reduce program risk.

* Develop, manage, and maintain test GSE.

* Act as test engineer with overall responsibility for the test, the crew, and the procedure, enforcing safety and mentoring other test engineers.

Qualifications:

* Bachelors Degree in Engineering

* 7+ years of current technical hands-on experience in developing, writing, and updating test procedures.

* Experience leading test teams as a Test Engineer preferred

* Experience with hazardous testing with a strong safety record.
