This is a full time position based in Malvern, PA, near Philadelphia.
Primary Function:
The Test Engineer is responsible for the effective test support of new product development and sustaining engineering activities in the Notes engineering group. The successful candidate will have the ability to create and implement test methods, documentation, and processes to help insure quality design releases.

Systems Test Execution
Work directly with Design Engineers throughout the design cycle to implement and execute risk based test methods, unit tests, integration tests, regression test, and provide troubleshooting/analysis of product/software test results.

Test Process and Tool Maintenance
Responsible for the maintenance and use of effective test tools for product release activities in the notes engineering. This includes release of technical requirements, tool build, documentation, QA metrics, and tool maintenance.

Project Management
Actively participate in the project management process by providing accurate estimates, monitoring progress, and ensuring that deliverables are met.

Status Reporting
Responsible for reporting the status of assigned task and team responsibilities to the reporting manager.
