Develops Test Data Management (TBD) solutions including utilizing contemporarytechnology to replace scripting and manual steps for test data creation, test data obfuscation, and test data provisioning. Provides timely, secure, and accurate test data to support complex integrated testing requirements. Improves test data creation and preservation processes to improve testing productivity. Deploys Gold Copies to provide secure test data to meet testing releaseschedules.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:
? Helps create and manage to the TDM strategy. Executes on the TDM strategy and roadmap by consulting with all relevant stakeholders and outside vendors.
? Manages, leads and participates in day-to-day TDM tasks. Manages and establishes TDM service levels including transparency through reporting and valuation of service.
? Creates relationships with applicable line-of-business and Information Technology partners. Works closely with application development managers to understand data structures and application interfaces.
? Works closely with application and testing services to ensure the right tools and processes are established to meet data needs across all line of business.
? Partners with Information Risk and Resiliency (IRR) to achieve test data governance goals. Works closely with Enterprise Data Management Governance and Organization to ensure data governance, standards and procedures are followed while establishing data management strategies and processes
? Identifies areas of improvement in processes or systems and makes recommendations to correct any deficiencies. Mentors, coaches and provides direction and training to TDM team members.
? Each team member is expected to be aware of risk within their functional area. This includes observing all policies, procedures, laws, regulations and risk limits specific to their role. Additionally, they should raise and report known or suspected violations to the appropriate Company authority in a timely fashion.
? Performs other related duties as required.

Required Qualifications:

Minimum Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline OR and equivalent combination of education and experience.

Minimum Experience:
Three to five years of full systems development life cycle (SDLC) and experience with test data generation for multi-tiered applications, data masking, data sub-setting tools and concepts, systems analysis and design, and writing SQL queries in a database environment.

Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
- Good understanding of data structures.
- Strong communication skills.
- Some experience with SQL Data Structures
- Experience with Informatica DDM, Informatica PowerCenter development, multiple database applications (Oracle, Db2, Sybase).
- Working knowledge of Unix Shell scripting
- Understanding of RDBMS and Mainframe based data sources and targets
- Skill in translating technical requirements into programmed application modules.
