We are seeking an experienced Arrays Production Test Engineer within the Hardware Integration Center (HWIC). The successful candidate will be a self-starter who can achieve production test objectives in a matrixed environment and who is able to successfully interface with Operations, Quality, and Engineering on a daily basis. In this highly visible role, you will help lead all aspects of NFR testing for multiple programs, including AMDR, EASR, TPY-2 and LTAMDS. The lead will maintain the execution of the production schedule and deliverables, perform at a high operational speed, and demonstrate an ability to react quickly to changes in both the plan and priorities in a production environment.
What You Will Do
Responsible for the leadership, training, coaching, and oversight of an experienced team of NFR test engineers.
Resolves technical issues identified in NFR testing of production arrays.
Acts as a key interface between HWIC Operations and HWIC Test Engineering.
Proactively identify and mitigate any vulnerabilities within the NFR test processes.
Drives continuous improvement to improve cycle time, reduce ergonomic risk, automate, reduce cost (both direct and indirect) using CORE principles and data driven decision making.
Manages staffing of test engineers across NFR’s, including planning shift schedules and weekend/holiday work (as needed).
Interfaces with the Design and Test Development teams to solve issues impacting production.
Assists manufacturing test operators in the testing & troubleshooting of production hardware.
Actively participate in daily HWIC tier level meetings.
Participate and lead test data reviews with the customer.
Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Math (STEM) and a minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience.
1 year test or integration experience.
The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, asonly U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Qualifications We Prefer
Hands on experience with microwave testing techniques, including Spectrum and Network Analyzers to analyze RF signals.
Hands on experience with Matlab and/or Excel for complex RF calculations and data analysis
Test requirements interpretation, schematic diagram interpretation, knowledge of operating commercial test equipment for test and troubleshooting.

The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
