Territory Sales Reps - Flooring Materials - NY - 27239241

Our Client is a Division of a US based company that is a Global leader in providing construction solutions for the past 90 yrs. The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for selling a full line of flooring / tile setting materials throughout the assigned territory for a top manufacturer. You will be calling on distributors and wholesalers to create relationships with the contractors, applicators, architects and builders.

Position Overview:

The goal is to increase sales and market share while creating strong customers relationships with the end-users.

Our Client likes candidates with companies like: Cement Companies, Building Materials Suppliers, Flooring Contractors, Tile and Grout Specialists, Hilt, etc. in their background!

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve the annual revenue target selling flooring solutions & services into your Major Accounts.
  • Professionally introduce and represent the company to prospects, customers and partners.
  • Provide timely and accurate forecasts of bookings and revenue.
  • Maintain every customer as a reference account
  • Establish the company in a new sales territory
  • Prospect, qualify and close sales opportunities to companies and service providers.
  • Provide regular and meaningful insights to Senior Management and Marketing on market trends, product requirements and competition.
  • Be a good team player.
  • Support your peers in developing a culture that likes to win, have fun and values mutual success. 


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or 5+ yrs of industry experience
  • Demonstrate a track record of closing new accounts and consistently achieving quota.
  • (2-5) years of experience selling flooring solutions to Major Accounts
  • Strong understanding of flooring solutions & services.
  • Ability to present and communicate with all levels of the customer: Technical, Financial & Executive.
  • Comfortable using CRM and Strategic Selling Methodologies.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, written and presentation skills.
  • A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high growth, rapidly changing start-up environment.
  • Balances great ambition and drive with a high level integrity and honesty
  • Fun to be around, Personable!
  • Must be able to "Hunt" in your Major Accounts and manage a complex sales process.


Base Salary: $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 - DOE

On-Target-Earnings: $105,000.00 - $130,000.00 + Full Expenses + Complete Benefits Package + Upward Mobility

Travel: 10%
