Description

Seeking Marketing Rep to manage all aspects of client relationships to grow the Stop Loss book of business.

 

Functions:

 

*** Prospect brokers and TPAs to facilitate new business development and retention, and enhance relationships through marketing, travel, client presentations, and proposal generation.

 

*** Manage all client service aspects including implementation, renewal, quality, and compliance program adherence.

 

*** Enter and maintain client and program data in computer system and electronic file system to track and follow up on tasks forwarded to other staff or clients.

 

*** Develop and renew programs to maintain and maximize market share potential within scope of contract and review and recommend sales activities.

 

*** Communicate and coordinate with Accounting, Claims, Reinsurance Support, Marketing, I.T., Underwriting, and Compliance to ensure program delivery, communication and challenge resolution.
