Job Title: Territory Sales Manager, Northern Plains

Territory:MN, ND, SD, WI, MT

Company:

Well-established and growing manufacturer of innovative equipment for the Agricultural, Heavy Equipment and Construction industries.

Position Summary:

As the Territory Sales Manager, you will sell innovative products for the to both dealers and end users. Implementation of a sales plan to grow the business while maintaining current customer base is key to your success. In addition, overnight travel  is a necessary part of the job.

As the Territory Sales Manager, you will:

•Promote products to dealers/customers in your territory with the ultimate goal of increasing sales and market share.

•Source new business opportunities; develop new accounts and maintain accounts from previous year.

•Formulate bids on new and existing jobs and projects.

•Arrange presentations, demonstrations, proposals and negotiations.

•Represent the company at trade shows.

•Travel 3 days/week.

Background Profile:

•Territory Management and sales training experience.

•Experience selling in  the agricultural, heavy equipment and/or construction markets.

•Requires a good understanding of mechanical components.

•Must have valid driver's license.
