Your Day-to-Day:

  • Work in parallel with our Regional Sales Managers, Channel Managers and Technical SMEs to jointly focus on establishing and cultivating new customer relationships.
  • Develop and maintain positive professional relationships among customers at all levels
  • Ability to manage and track opportunities and pipeline in Salesforce
  • Align with channel and partner teams to support overall company revenue targets
  • Provide account management and customer support when necessary
  • Work closely with team members to drive and close renewals
  • Provide account management per customer requests

What You Bring to the Team:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 3-5 years in sales/business development role
  • Strong oral (phone) and written (email) communication skills
  • Self – Starter, Entrepreneurial Spirit
  • Deadline and detail oriented
  • Knowledge with CRM software (preferably Salesforce)
  • Ability to close business while achieving a high level of partner satisfaction
  • Proven track record of success
