We are looking for a highly detailed and process-oriented team member that will be responsible for assisting in the management of day to day operations of OTR Leasing. The position requires significant attention to detail, proper vendor management, and project management skills.

What we are asking you to do:

  • Manage lease fleet from purchase to lease to repossession
  • Coordinate the refurbishment of disposal of newly purchased and repossessed trucks
  • Manage multiple vendor management and process improvements projects simultaneously
  • Coordinate vendor relationships with the emphasis of reducing cost, i.e. truck vendors trying to rip us off
  • Detailed coordination of truck inventory that spans the lower 48 states
  • Evaluate truck values on trade-ins and repossessions and make decision to refurbish for fleet or sell
  • Maintain internal inventory system to the highest level of detail
  • Market and sell off lease and repossession trucks to wholesale and auction network
  • Build and maintain relevant management reports
  • Jump start and move trucks around the lot

  • Good computer skills, familiar with using Microsoft products

  • Demonstrate high trustworthiness attributes: consistency, accuracy, and timeliness.
  • 2 years' experience in heavy equipment/truck/auto industry
  • Must have Class A CDL or willing to obtain within 6 months post-hire
  • High School diploma or equivalent
