PM with the following experience:
SharePoint 2013/2010 Projects
• Excellent communication skills is a must
• Need experience working on migration projects
• Experience playing the Scrum Master role for at least one year for a software development team that was diligently applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory
• Knowledge and/or experience with widely successful Agile techniques
• Excellent skills and knowledge of facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency
• Knowledge of numerous well documented patterns and techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum approach
To work on a migration project taking data and application from Lotus Notes to SharePoint 2013
