Technology Staffing/Strategic Partner
Position Location-Home Based NJ Area Monmouth County
This position is for a highly skilled old fashioned headhunter that has a very strong rolodex in the IT/Engineering or Sales space, the person that I am looking for is someone who is capable of getting onto vendor lists in his/her first month, this person is probably very effective, has made a decent wage and tired of being taken advantage of by staffing/consulting companies that pay a base salary and very low commission rates. We will consider a person coming out of Corporate America if they are capable of bringing over new clients. This is a true opportunity for someone who has the ability to start their own business from a Sales/Recruiting perspective, but doesn’t want to open up their own business and would be happy being a key employee of a successful staffing firm in NJ($4 Million in Sales), You will be paid high commission rates, but we are looking for a true proven star in the industry. We will look at a top sales person that can bring over customers, get get on vendor lists and has an established book of business. Pure Recruiters or Soft Directors would not be a fit.
This position will require a very disciplined individual who can thrive working out of a home office.
- Selling and Recruiting- this will be an old school type of set up where you will be responsible for managing the client and also finding the candidate yourself utilizing Monster, Dice, Ladders, Linked In, your personal network, and our internal database. I am a hands on owner and am looking for someone who can do a combination of recruiting and sales, most importantly someone who can bring over new clients.
- The territory will be anywhere that you have contacts (USA, Canada), etc.-NO Boundaries
- You must have a network of Clients/Candidates coming into this situation. We are not looking to train someone from scratch.
- Utilize Reference Checks, Leads from Candidates to break into new accounts.
- Managing yourself is critical to this role, this will be a combination of office and work from home position.
- The Firm is well established with constant openings from top notch companies.
What we are not looking for
- Junior/Mid level Sales/Recruiters5-10years in the business who are not producing for their current staffing company and looking for someone to pay them a base salary.
- Someone who has never been able to get themselves on multiple vendor lists
- Someone who is not making at least 2-3 placements a month
