About the Team
VIZIO advertising technology is looking for a smart, motivated AdTech Product Manager to drive the next stage of our ad tech stack offerings. As a strategic thinker with a passion for digital advertising and technology, we believe your experience leading product development teams and driving product vision from concept to launch will be the key ingredients to be successful in this role.
The position can be held in one of several offices (San Francisco, Dallas, Denver, Irvine, New York), and is responsible for working with stakeholders to help craft our roadmap and future offerings of VIZIO's advertising technology stack. We are a close-knit team, focusing on challenging problems that make a difference to our business. We concentrate on high-impact, high-value capabilities, and in this role, you will be responsible for identifying our future needs and driving them to market.
What You Will Do
• Analyze product performance metrics and KPIs to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions to optimize product performance and user experience.
• Work closely with engineering teams to translate product requirements into actionable user stories, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality product releases.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for innovation in digital advertising.
• Act as a subject matter expert on ad tech products, providing guidance and support to sales, marketing, and customer success teams as needed.
• Lead the product lifecycle from ideation to delivery, working closely with engineering, design, and other cross-functional teams to define product requirements and prioritize features.
• Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap to internal and external stakeholders; creating clarity in complex ecosystems.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to gather feedback and insights from customers and stakeholders; then use this information to inform product decisions.
• Stay informed about industry developments, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes in digital advertising, and adapt product strategy accordingly.
About You
• You have 3+ years of hands-on experience in Product Management, preferably in the digital advertising or ad tech industry.
• You have a bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
• You possess a strong understanding of digital advertising ecosystems, including ad serving, programmatic advertising, ad exchanges, and targeting technologies.
• You have strong analytical skills and proficiency in using data and visualization tools to inform product decisions and measure success.
• You have a proven track record of successfully managing complex products and driving product initiatives from concept to launch.
• You have excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively articulate product vision and requirements to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• You are experienced working in an agile development environment, with a solid understanding of agile methodologies and tools.
• You have a passion for innovation and continuous learning, with a willingness to adapt to changing market dynamics and technological advancements.
Key Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in the digital advertising or ad tech industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

For California-based employment: The minimum salary for this position is $90,000.00/year. The maximum salary for this position $118,000.00/year. In addition to base salary, the compensation package also includes eligibility for an annual bonus, as well as equity and a range of medical, dental, vision and other benefits.
For Colorado-based employment: The minimum salary for this position is $86,000.00/year. In addition to base salary, the compensation package also includes eligibility for an annual bonus, as well as equity and a range of medical, dental, vision and other benefits.
For New York-based employment: The minimum salary for this position is $96,000.00/year. The maximum salary for this position $124,000.00/year. In addition to base salary, the compensation package also includes eligibility for an annual bonus, as well as equity and a range of medical, dental, vision and other benefits.
