The Global Security Systems & Technology Program Specialist will work directly with end users, the Tech Ops Center team members, and Global Security Operations teams to manage communications, for all operations globally.
The Global Security Systems & Technology Program Specialist will aim to be proactive when roadblocks are found and work with cross-functional team members to be agile, adjust and move forward.
The Global Security Systems & Technology Program Specialist will work with technology operations, systems deployment, and solutions team incidents, service requests, maintenance, and projects relevant to supporting Global Security Systems Infrastructure.
The Global Security Systems & Technology Program Specialist will also remotely support technology solutions projects that are supported outside of Menlo Park, that may be located in London, Singapore, etc.
You will be supporting a range of existing and new technologies including: Genetec, CCure 9000, Commend, and many more in house applications and systems in enterprise environments.
Directly interfacing with other groups.
Presenting weekly project status updates and detailed completion metrics.

B.S. Administration, Management, Computer Science or equivalent experience.
3+ years demonstrated hands-on experience in leading a team with direct reports.
6+ years demonstrated hands-on experience in medium-large enterprise IT, or Security System environment (20 plus sites).
Knowledgeable in physical security systems, security hardware, locks, cameras, IT and networked-based equipment.
Experienced in process for final test and acceptance of security systems and hand over.
Ability to work under minimal supervision, self-directed.
Able to communicate with internal and external customers, and able to offer guidance to executive staff and subcontractors.
Ability to adjust schedule and work across global time zones.
