Technology Lead

The Technology Lead - business analyst will have experience with business/system analysis, requirement documentation, business process re-engineering and planning and facilitating user acceptance testing. In addition to proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite. good communication skills with the ability to present non-technical details to a technical audience will also be required.

Location for this position is Hidden Ridge, TX, US

This role needs travel as per project needs.

Qualifications

Basic:

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 5 years of experience with Sourcing and Procurement.

Preferred:

• Bachelors in Science/Technology or equivalent in related field
• 
  
• Total 3-5 years of business operations and requirements gathering experience
• 
  
• Awareness of RPA design and development considerations
• 
  
• Strong knowledge of the enterprise’s business operations
• 
  
• Well versed with Requirement gathering, feasibility analysis, and creation of various document involved in RPA life cycle
• 
  
• Communication Skills
• Analytical skills
