The Callidus environment is dynamic, innovative and growing! To support our global growth we are looking for Technical Trainers to join our high-performance Professional Services team. This Technical Trainer teaches Callidus customers foundational and advanced topics for our Lead to Money Suite of products.  

Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging and enthusiastic instructor-led training (ILT)  and virtual instructor-led training (VILT) on Callidus products to customers located domestically and internationally
  • Develop comprehensive product knowledge and best practices in specific domains including Commissions, Configure Price Quote and Workflow
  • Monitor, update and maintain the course training environments including labs
  • Work with instructional designers, product development, technical support and professional services to ensure course material reflects current product features and customer needs
  • Participate in development of  eLearning courses for customer self-paced training
  • Evaluate and improve courses based on student feedback
  • Act as liaison between CallidusCloud Education, the customer and other departments as needed to foster customer adoption and solution usage

Travel Expectation: 25-50% Domestic and International

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degreerequired
  • 5+ years of customer technical training experience in a corporate environment; SaaSexperiencepreferred
  • Excellent communication skills; written, verbal and presentation
  • Experience developing and teaching courses on software-related products to domestic and international audiences
  • Ability to demonstrate and utilize effective course development and delivery techniques for courses implemented virtually and in a classroom environment
  • Experience teaching courses via distance learning technologies
  • Able to utilize multimedia technology and authoring tools (Camtasia, or Active Presenter)
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Demonstrated problem solving ability
  • Strong technical aptitude with preferred industry experience using workflow and commissions in a telecommunications and/or healthcare insurance solution environment.
