As a Talent Acquisition Partner to the business, and the face of the company, you'll have the opportunity to drive manager and candidateexperience, process improvements, and add value to Qualcomms Talent Acquisition Team. We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist located in the San Diego area towork closely with hiring managers and to provide best practices in recruiting that will align with corporate objectives, workflows, and process. We are not looking for just a recruiter, but someone who be a Talent Advisor, Subject Matter Expert, and most importantly, a Business Partner. RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Partner with Hiring Managers to understand the uniqueness of their requirements
  • Manage the candidateexperience from initial conversations through the offer negotiations
  • Strategize, recommend, and drive improvements for building our talent pipeline
  • Present to the hiring managers prequalified, and interested candidates
  • Track all recruiting activities in our ATS, moving to iCIMS in Spring 2019

  • Minimum of 5 years full life-cycle recruiting

  • Flexible to work on a variety of positions from engineering and whatever else come your way to support the business
  • Experience with sourcing, tactical search, referral generation, recruiting events, and sourcing campaigns
  • Results-oriented, self-starter who enjoys a challenge, gets things done, and needs minimal support and direction
  • Prudence and interpersonal skills to build trust and maintain credibility
  • Ability to prioritize, work well in unstructured environment, handling multiple competing priorities
  • Must be detail oriented and able to communicate effectively and credibly
  • Ability to think strategically and consider the long-term goals of the talent strategy team
  • Extremely flexible, proactive, and able to shift priorities as needed
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Education Requirements
Preferred: Bachelor's or equivalent experience
