At CompuCom, our IT Talent Acquisition Specialist II recruiters understand the ongoing cycle of attracting, sourcing, recruiting, and hiring of individuals for technical roles from within and outside of the company. They are responsible for the company’s End to End full lifecycle of recruitmen functions. The Technical TA Specialist II ensures all hiring requirements being met for internal and external positions and any external client projects. They also aid in monitoring personnel in relation to all talent acquisition issues, including, but not limited to, availability, utilization, forecasting, attrition, and position openings.
The Technical TA Specialist II works on problems of diverse scope with focus on IT Recruiting. Experiencerecruiting a variety of IT functions including but not limited to Network, NOC/SOC, Information Security, Solutions Architect, etc is expected. Exercises judgement within generally defined practices and policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. The Specialist also has knowledge of industry trends including internet recruiting, employment and labor laws and also has the ability to creatively source new candidates through traditional and innovative recruiting methods.
- A minimum of 3 years focus on IT Recruiting w/ high volume positions. Individual will need to have sourcing skills as roles are challenging and 'hard to find' skill sets.
- Experience working wtih funcitonal ATS is required.
- Experience working closely with Hiring Managers to partner and develop strategies for recruitment efforts is required.
- Requires Bachelor’s degree and 4-5 years of related experience or equivalent combination of experience and education
