This position supports CVS Health by providing desktop support to customers using hardware and software programs. Individual will conduct assigned work at the entry level in a Desktop support role/environment. Individual will work on all assigned tickets, projects, etc as assigned by leads or technical managers. This individual must have a minimum of 2+ years of experience in a desktop support environment.
The IT Customer Service Support will be a part of a team supporting desktops, laptops, hardware and software. You will be responsible for level 2 support for Windows
