The Koch Business Solutions (KBS) Customer Service Organization is seeking a Technical Support Specialist join our team!
In this position, you will be responsible for providing a consumer-focused service related to software, printers, and other IT requests. Our team is focused on automating, eliminating, and optimizing requests.
This role will help build your technical knowledge and the application of MBM while providing enterprise-wide solutions. Our environment is team-orientated, you will empowered to innovate and challenge the status quo.
A Day In The Life Typically Includes:
Fulfill Service Requests through Ticketing System
Providing positive consumer experience though interactions
Document and share knowledge through current process and tools
Find innovative ways to improve software deployment
Take passion in finding ways to eliminate waste from our current manual processes and non-standard solutions
What You Will Need:
A minimum of 5+ Years experience in Information Technology
Experience deploying/troubleshooting software via SCCM
Experience with MS operating systems and applications
This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship
