Job Description

The Technical Support Specialist will provide technical support in a server and infrastructure environment with periodic end-user support. This individual must be a self-starter with technology expertise, a heavy focus on process and documentation improvement, strong communication skills and the ability to balance new or upgraded technology needs with the financial demands of an entrepreneurial business.

Qualifications

  1. 5+ years professional experience in a technology support role with progressive levels of responsibility preferred
  2. CCNA and CompTIA certifications preferred
  3. Experience supporting Microsoft Windows Server, VMWare, RDS/Terminal Services and other server technologies
  4. Experience supporting network infrastructure including firewalls, switches, routers, wireless and VPNs
  5. Experience working with Active Directory, Office 365, Exchange, MS SQL, and IIS
