Responsibilities:

  • Act as the elevation point of the frontline team and OEM partners to review potential software issues
  • Drive the collection of all necessary data required to diagnosis reported issues
  • Conduct in depth analysis and testing to identify root cause and potential solutions
  • Interact with field team, partners and customers to direct or assist the field activities that relate to software
  • Operate as the go to person for the Technical Service team who understands overall Brain Robot's architecture and backend infrastructure
  • Lead quality and product improvements and champion solutions for the field
  • Proactively identify the requirements of tools or infrastructure improvements that will help meet aggressive business scaling goals, and participate in the design discussion

Qualification

  • Bachelor degree of computer science or equivalent
  • 2-5 years of software support experience
  • Rich experience in troubleshooting complex issues in software products
  • Proficient in Linux and shell
  • Hands on experience in database, SQL/PostgreSQL
  • Ability to understand complex infrastructure and architecture
  • Logical thinking and taking rational approach to complex issues
  • Passionate and responsible
  • Great communication skill to articular problems and convince others.
