This is a combination role providing not only technical services to customers of our ad technology platforms, but also IT support services to our offices.   • Actively monitor the ticketing system for incoming customer requests.
  • Triage and take ownership of issues reported by customers and see problems through to resolution
  • Support business operations in all SocialCode offices, as necessary
  • Support IT operations in the Cleveland office
  • Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to technical issues
  • Work closely with Development teams to understand our internally developed applications and how to best support them
  • Administer SocialCode's Advertising Platforms
  • Strive to resolve issues when possible and escalate quickly when necessary
  • Follow procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
  • Provide prompt and accurate feedback to requests for help
  • Document knowledge in the form of knowledge base tech notes and articles


  • BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a technical support role


  • Ability to work productively in a MacOS & Linux environment
  • Basic knowledge of Unix/Linux systems, utilities and scripting
  • Basic SQL knowledge
  • Strong problem-solving and fault isolation skills
  • Excellent customer service skills and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to travel to our other office locations as required
