Responsibilities:

The candidate should have an understanding of technical concepts and troubleshooting issues. Normal operations require managing critical issues, regularly communicating with customers, training on product features and providing on call support. The engineer will be part of an inbound call queue receiving and answering questions for direct customers and partners.

Required Skills:

  • 2 years of demonstrated experience in a Technical Support role in an enterprise environment
  • Excellent Troubleshooting and reasoning skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven experience working on critical system down issues and escalations
  • Demonstrate understanding of following technology areas:  DNS, IP Networking, Firewalls, HTTP, Load Balancers, Email, PKI
  • Demonstrate understanding of Linux/Unix environments (LAMP Servers)
  • Bachelordegree in Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent work experience
  • Candidates should be able to work from our HQ office in Mountain View from 9:00 - 6:00 PM 

 Desired Skills

  • Understanding of Microsoft Server Technologies (Exchange ActiveSync, Active Directory, ISA/TMG, NDES, KDC)
  • Mobile Device Management (MDM) - Apple iOS & Android
  • Understanding of SQL databases
  • Experience understanding VM Environments
