IGT is hiring a team of different Technical Support Specialist to support our clients throughout the US on the following IGT Products: Slot Floor Operations Products such as Machine Accounting, FJP (Fills & Jackpot Station), Advantage Monitor, Attendant Workstation, Drop Utility & EZ Pay (Casino Floor and Audit Operations). We ask you are familiar with one or more of these casino operation areas.

General duties:
• Provide support and training to casino operators on IGT products
• Work with team to understand customer operations and systems modules
• Walk through system configuration
• Highly experienced in Auditing and multiple Financial Reports tied to Gaming
• Provide ongoing initial set up support
• Provides customer training support
• Developing working relationships with high level casino personnel
• Participate in operational audits and process analysis


• Bachelor’s degree or combination of experience and education
• Minimum Two (2) years casino experience
• Technical aptitude, professional presentation skills, and superior customer service skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Experience with Windows products (Excel, Word, PPT, and Outlook)
• Knowledge of SQL including Microsoft’s Management Studio
• Communication skills (listening, constructive feedback, conflict resolution, writing, presentation)
• Ability to travel occasionally, work on-call and weekends when required for business
• Ability to obtain required licensing documents and approvals for domestic and international travel
• Must be at least 21 years of age and
• Must be able to obtain required gaming licensing

Preferred Qualifications
• IGT systems experience
• Advanced in-depth knowledge of the gaming industry, gaming regulations and casino operations
• ITIL certifications or understanding of ITIL process
