Continuum is looking for an enthusiastic technical support professional, to assist our users in diagnosing and resolving issues with our ServerBackup product. The right candidate will work closely with multiple talented teams to troubleshoot, resolve, and document customer issues.
- Contribute written articles to the public wiki
- Accurately report customer feedback to Engineering.
- Maintain an up-to-date lab environment
- Reproduce customer issues for use in suggesting solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues via phone, chat, and ticketing system
- Manage a queue of revolving support cases
- Follow documented procedures for case handling and escalation
- Communicate new release features and improvements to customers
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to work alongside multiple talented teams
- Detail oriented and organized
- Strong attention to detail
- 1+ years of experience working in a technical service-oriented position.
- 1 to 2+ years troubleshooting Windows and Linux servers
- Understanding of basic networking concepts.
