Technical Subcontract Manager at Pacific Architects and Engineers, Inc in Albuquerque, NM

Technical Subcontract Manager will support the PAE Base Operations Support contract at the Kirtland AFB in Albuquerque, NM. Manage the day-to-day execution of PAE's subcontracts in the performance of the Kirtland AFB Base Maintenance Contract. Manage the overall subcontracts program to ensure high performing subcontractors are retained and under-performing subcontractors are turned around or replaced. Ensure all stakeholders are appraised of subcontract status and outstanding issues.

Required/ Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution preferably in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field and 5+ years’ experience in administration. FAR/DFAR experience and knowledge of core business principles. Experience knowledge of core business principles and analysis techniques such as cost and price analysis, spreadsheet analysis, negotiation strategies, etc. Risk identification and risk mitigation. Experience with varying types: fixed-price, cost-reimbursable, time and material, and incentive type . Deltek Costpoint experience required. Negotiation skills. Ability to work in a team environment. Professional verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills. Ability to track/report status to stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products. Must possess or be able to obtain/maintain Secret Clearance.
