Our client company is seeking an experienced Technical Sales Rep to drive commercial growth by executing strategies based on local needs, drive new customer acquisition and retain customer base.

You must be willing to:

Negotiate/close sales deals-negotiate prices (within PM guidelines)
Operationalize segment/region strategy through concrete activities to achieve plan
Plan/forecast sales with assigned accounts
Continuously analyze up/cross-selling opportunities within accounts
Develop new business/provide process consulting/process support
Identify customer/market requirements-share market insights/trends with marketing
Manage sales project pipeline
Execute pricing initiatives on local level

Requirements (IF YOU DON’T HAVE THESE, DON’T APPLY)

BS degree
2-5 years of experience
Customer acquisition mentality
Experience with the coatings/surface treatment/metalworking industries (Prefer automotive and/or Aerospace)
Relationship management- contract/price negotiation
Technical consulting capabilities regarding products/processes
Technical service knowhow
