The Technical Sales Enablement Engineer will work within their team to ensure the Sales Engineering team have all of the knowledge, tools, templates, and information to be as successful as possible. They will be a critical part of the Sales Enablement Team and be able to lead others in the organization to implement change, as well as measure the positive results of those changes. They should be a specialist in technical sales skills, such as Technical Champion Building, Value Based Demonstrations, Objection Handling as well as Proof of Value processes.
This person needs a strong emotional quotient as well as a strong IQ and should be able to work with many different people with differing priorities. They will also be able to work in a rapidly changing environment and have a strong bias towards action.
Be the Sales Strategy Enablement Subject Matter Expert technical sales skills. Actively attend customer meetings to validate theories and understand issues.
Build and own Sales Strategy Enablement Technical Sales Training & Education programs such as;
