Become part of an amazing recruiting team at Zillow Group!  We need a Technical Recruiter to help us hire top talent.  To be great in this role, you'll need to use your skills to research and network with passive candidates, be a creative problem-solver and establish strong partnerships with hiring managers and executives.  It's a fast-paced role on a fun and cohesive team where thinking about things in new ways is encouraged!

  • Act as an ambassador of Zillow Group and help create a strong employer-of-choice brand with the technical community
  • Use your knowledge of the competitive landscape to build recruiting strategies
  • Interview and assess for technical skills and Zillow core values
  • Support multiple Zillow Group brands

Who you are

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent post-secondary degree
  • Experience building sourcing plans for client groups
  • 5+ years full-life cycle recruiting experience
  • Proven ability to close candidates
  • Ability to create, measure and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers and the recruiting team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
