  • Learn and understand the nCino culture, Bank Operating System and business model
  • Learn and understand Vana Human Capital Management, nCino’s internal applicant tracking system
  • Meet with the Product Development and Engineering department to understand the hiring plan and ideal candidates, and develop recruiting plans for each of the different roles; project management, support engineers, training, implementation consultants, data integrations, and customer success
  • Develop nCino recruiting pitch and scripts for cold calling purposes and lead generation
  • Interview existing employees for roles being recruited for to understand and develop candidate profiles
  • Utilize and improve current screening processes for screening technical candidates
  • Become comfortable assessing an applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, experience and aptitude
  • Build a pipeline of candidates and begin filling open roles with sourced candidates
  • Develop recruiting reports and dashboards to measure results, goals and recruiting data


  • Manage positions on the nCino website and job boards
  • Build and enhance nCino's company profile on key online recruiting resources
  • Utilize different internal databases, online sources and social mediachannels to find qualified candidates on a day-to-day basis
  • Network with passive search candidates and cold call potential leads
  • Identify local and state networking events to attend and enhance brand awareness
  • Screen candidates for availability, interest level, qualifications and technical experience
  • Meet and exceed weekly and quarterly activity goals
  • Assist with University recruiting efforts and otherinternal talent acquisition and human capital projects
  • Work with HR Department on various recruiting and hiring related needs



  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
  • 4 or more years as a technical recruiter or combination experience, education & superior performance
  • Creativity in approaching talent acquisition in a unique way
  • Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to sell a company, culture and job opportunity
  • Experience performing initial screening interviews to assess candidate interest and fit
  • Experience using an applicant tracking system
  • Understanding and experience with online recruiting and talent acquisition tools such as LinkedIn Careers, Glassdoor, Facebook, Meetups, etc.
  • Knowledge of how to assess and screen candidates prior to interviews
  • Proactive, motivated, self-starter with the ability to use their own initiative to complete the task on time with high quality
