The Recruiter is responsible for driving all aspects of the recruiting process. You will be filling immediate job openings, as well as working consultatively with leadership to build reliable pipelines for forecasted talent needs. You can expect high impact and wide-ranging responsibility: owning full-cycle recruiting, driving hiring strategy, and delivering best-in-class candidate experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provide full life-cycle recruiting expertise to select highest quality technical candidates throughout the company
  • Support non-technical recruiting depending on demand
  • Execute all aspects of the recruiting process: posting, sourcing, screening, scheduling and offers
  • Provide advice and coaching to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
  • Maintain an intimate knowledge of MicroPact's annual staffing plan
  • Be closely in-tune with business strategy and anticipate how it may impact the staffing plan throughout the year
  • Build, own and fulfill a strategy to meet staffing needs throughout the fiscal year
  • Research and implement effective sourcing and assessment techniques and tools that will enable the MicroPact's rapid growth
  • Train leadership and interviewers in cutting edge candidate assessment practice
  • Provide regular status reports and ensure data integrity in the applicant tracking system
  • Research, experiment and share best practices with recruiting team


JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • 4 years' experience in full life cycle technical recruiting for a software company desired
  • Intermediate to advanced understanding of software development terminology as it relates to recruiting, including SDLC, development methodologies, languages, databases, UI, architecture and infrastructure
  • Intermediate to advanced experience writing Boolean search strings
  • Proven success sourcing and hiring niche talent through social networks and resume banks
  • Experience independently partnering with leadership on hiring initiatives, coaching smart hiring decisions and building recruitment strategies
  • A bias towards action and results
  • A penchant for curiosity, creativity and continuous improvement
