Become part of an amazing recruiting team at Zillow Group! We need a Technical Recruiter to help us hire top talent. To be great in this role, you'll need to use your skills to research and network with passive candidates, be a creative problem-solver and establish strong partnerships with hiring managers and executives. - Act as an ambassador of Zillow Group and help create a strong employer-of-choice brand with the technical community
- Use your knowledge of the competitive landscape to build recruiting strategies
- Interview and assess for technical skills and Zillow core values
- Support multiple Zillow Group brands

Who you are
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent post-secondary degree
- Experience building sourcing plans for client groups
- 5+ years full-life cycle recruiting experience
- Proven ability to close candidates
- Ability to create, measure and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers and the recruiting team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
