  • You will plan, lead, coordinate, and launch technical projects with direction from the Director of Programs
  • Continually seek opportunities for driving greater impact through leveraging system, process and communication avenues
  • Support other program and project managers during various project stages including requirement gathering, process flow creation, identifying dependencies, leading design meetings, working with stakeholders, build and rollout of new systems or programs
  • Prioritize system enhancement projects to align with overall HR and Recruiting Workday roadmap
  • Communicate with all key stakeholders during and post projects, ensuring cross-functional alignment
  • Leverage RACI of other role based Project Management approaches
  • Take a pro-active and data driven approach to problem solving and gap analysis

Who you are

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field or 5+ years of experience in Technical Project Management or Product Management
  • 5+ years working with implementation, integration and enhancements of systems and programs
  • Experience working with Workday preferred
  • You are a proactive, high energy attitude geared towards achieving continuous improvement
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced dynamic environment with rapidly changing requirements
  • Willingness to rapidly learn as the depth and breadth of our business continues to grow
  • Strong analytic and decision-making skills
  • Superior communication, interpersonal and influential skills
  • Able to clearly explain complex concepts, clarify context, requirements, and process steps
  • Track record of excellence, ability to drive change and deliver results
