Technical Project Manager - Tier ll / Tier lll
The Enterprise Operations Center (EOC) Tier II-III support services will assist the EOC in optimizing the network health, availability and performance at all time. This includes all engineering operational support related to service requests, change request management, break fixes, and also assisting in communicating the appropriate state-of-the-network messages to other stakeholders, (EOC, Security Operations Center, leadership, etc.). Candidates need Project Management and Networking experience.
-Manage a team of Tier II (24x7x365) and Tier III analysts (40 hours a week).
-Oversee a team to implement all approved network or infrastructure changes proposed in support of the NOC and its mission and engage in troubleshooting escalations.
-Maintain close coordination with Tier I and the Program Management Office to ensure that the production networkinfrastructure continues to operate at a high availability and performance level.
-5 years of related IT technical experience in WAN networks that have: More than 1,000 sites throughout the continental US and international locations. Multiple web-based applications that are used by at least 50K customers. More than 5 enterprise-wide services being transported by the WAN. More than 50 critical applications.
-Must have Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) Certification.
-Must have Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
-Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
-Excellent written and oral communication skills.
-Strong capability with MS Office Suite and ticket management software.
-ITIL Certification is preferred.
