Harte Hanks is seeking a Technical Project Manager to manage the day-to-day client relationship support on the assigned piece of business, ensuring that the client is satisfied with the service and delivery from Harte Hanks. The successful candidate will work directly with our prestigious high-tech client, working as primary lead for delivery and execution of assigned business.


Essential Functions and Responsibilities


  • Collaborate with Client Managers on day-to-day planning and execution of assigned projects
  • Act as the primary lead for delivery and execution of services on assigned business
  • Hands on, day-to-day management of complex projects from design and development to production
  • Define requirements and plan project lifecycle deployment
  • Define resources and schedule for project implementation
  • Plan and schedule project deliverables, goals, and milestones
  • Lead across regions and technical teams to define requirements for project risk, and establish proactive risk management strategies
  • Design and maintain technical and project documentation
  • Administer technical and problem management support to client
  • Leverage technological expertise to identify new opportunities
  • Act as the primary lead for delivery and execution of services on assigned business
  • Contribute to and advise clients and stakeholders on project implementation, including communications, strategy, and results
  • Partner with clients to establish priorities and schedules through effective communication and planning tools
  • Participate in all client, team and stakeholder meetings as needed to set expectations, encourage collaboration and report program results
  • Meet with stakeholders across multiple marketing teams to help identify project/campaign planning and execution requirements
  • Run Scrum meetings as requested
  • Liaise with client’s internal implementation teams to coordinate program execution, turnover production elements, and ensure successful and on-time delivery of all program initiatives
  • Report results on performance and compliance, and offer solutions for optimization and communicate to client


Required Experience, Skills and Education



  • Degree in related field



  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate through influence with a variety level of program stakeholders; demonstrated client management skills
  • Experience working in Agile methodology
  • Project managementexperiencerequired
  • Ability to stay calm, professional, agile and positive in a dynamic and fast-paced client environment
  • Exceptional writing, editorial, project management, time management and communication skills
  • Direct client experiencepreferred
  • Ability to work independently, though collaborate and achieve objectives and success metrics of a broader team
  • Excellent knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience in a high-tech B2B environment a plus
