The Technology Project Management Office manages all the IT implementations for BPO & Corporate globally. This position is for a Technical Project Manager within the ITPMO who will play a lead role in project managing a key initiative with visibility to executive management. This medium term project involves working with various solution design, development, and IT infrastructure teams across multiple locations around the globe to collect requirements, plan, monitor execution and ensure successful completion. In addition, this role will assist on other projects involving technical implementations for enterprise tools.

  • Gather requirements in great detail for all Projects
  • Careful planning of the projects with reastic timelines 
  • Monitor Project reporting and assist in reporting to Senior Management
  • Establish frameworks and standards for Program and Project Management
  • Manage and compile Project / Program related metrics information
  • Oversee project budget and ensure project cost is well managed
  • Provide and maintain a capacity planning and resource tracking across the Program
  • Update and maintain the Risk, Action, Decisions, and Issues Register
  • Ensure the appropriate Project scope is identified, quantified and their realization planned
  • Ensure cross-program dependencies are managed and the dependency log is maintained
  • Coordinate project closure, document good practice and ensure lessons learned are recorded
  • Build cohesion within the PMO team and motivate them to produce quality work
  • Provide Project planning, Milestone management, Scope management, Change Management across the projects
  • Prepare regular status reporting to all levels of the business





  • A Bachelor’s degree
  • Proven implementation expertise would be preferred over specific function expertise
  • 5 to 7 years relevant project management, consulting or process reengineering experience commonly gained in business professions
  • PMI-ACP, CSM, PMP, or equivalently certified in similar project management methodologies
  • Must be adept in MS Office and MS Project
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and project teams in parallel without losing track
  • Ability to manage change, work cross-functionally, and to learn quickly
  • Good problem solving skills, bias for action, decisive, strong time management skills
