About The Job

As a Technical Program Manager at REX, you lead complex projects across a variety of disciplines to create solutions that help improve our customer’s experience and improve the efficiency and productivity of REX's teams. You drive the entire project lifecycle, from requirements to design through implementation and monitoring outcomes. This also includes managing project schedules, prioritization, identifying risks and clearly communicating throughout with project stakeholders. You are adept at facilitating project requirement discussions with executives and stakeholders while also contributing to discussions on the technical trade-offs of a product design with engineers.

The Program Management team takes on the most technical projects at REX. You will work across a variety of teams (engineering, data science, sales operations and marketing) and use your technical knowledge and expertise to drive project delivery, design and recommend business and technical solutions while building consensus amongst teams and stakeholders. This role provides an opportunity to utilize your multidisciplinary background and experiences to help build REX's advanced, data-science driven technologies.

Responsibilities

Lead technical projects end-to-end with a diverse team of engineers, designers and stakeholders to deliver technical solutions and products

Analyze technical and business problems and identify solutions to improve processes and tools

Build consensus across teams and effectively communicate to stakeholders, engineering teams and executives

Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of projects

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience

4+ years of experience in technical program management, software implementation and/or system integration

4+ years of experience with internal third-party system program management (e.g. Salesforce, Twilio, EZLynx, Qualia, Encompass, Finance and/or HR tools)

Experience in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management with technical and non-technical groups

Preferred qualifications:
