Apply knowledge of both quantitative and qualitative analysis and recommendations to improve organizational performance through changes to strategy, organization structure, process, information technology, enterprise cost reduction, management practices, and cost drivers. Identify and capitalize on opportunities to improve client performance, including revenue or profitability and mission achievement, contribute to the process for improving operations and increasing process efficiency, and expand or reorganize a business unit or operation. Examine complex systems and advise on the development of specific cost reduction solutions and business case analyses to support transformation efforts. Mitigate and manage risk, conduct customer or stakeholder analyses, and provide oversight to a project. Serve as a practitioner with multiple areas of expertise that spans across management consulting pillars and other technical functional communities. Provide leadership and mentoring for lower level employees, contribute to the development of innovative principles and ideas, work on unusually complex problems, and provide solutions that are highly creative. Act as a leader on large programs or projects that affect the organization’s long-term goals and objectives.

Basic Qualifications:

-15+ years of experience with project management

-7+ years of experience with leading business development activities
-Experience with DoD consulting
-Experience with managing multiple programs or projects, including adjusting to shifting priorities and solving problems quickly
-Experience with leading large teams comprised of diverse, multi-disciplinary staff, including direct responsibility for people development
-Experience with leading transformation initiatives in large organizations
-Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

-Ability to obtain a security clearance
-BA or BS degree required

Additional Qualifications:
-15 years of experience with DoD consulting

-Experience with the DoD or US Army research and development programs, initiatives, and laboratories
-Experience with working in a government or DoD environment preferred

-Ability to work as a self-starter in a fast-paced environment and multi-task while continuing to be a forward thinker
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-Secret clearance a plus
