The Technical Program Manager is responsible for the end-to-end project management of all customer-facing activities. The TPM is an integral member of the account team, working directly with the Sales Director and our Customers to identify, develop, and implement programs and supporting projects for technology insertion, subscriber adoption, and operational excellence initiatives.




  • Be the primary point of contact for daily customer interactions for approved programs
  • Work closely with Sales Director and internal teams to gain alignment on new initiatives
  • Create and execute on program plans and supporting projects
  • Manage timelines and dependencies; revise as needed over course of activity
  • Oversee multiple programs and supporting projects on one or more accounts
  • Lead cross-functional teams supporting all aspects of the customer lifecycle
  • Maintain, track, and report on the status of programs and supporting projects
  • Oversee multiple programs and supporting projects on one or more accounts
  • Lead and document agreements made in team status meetings
  • Assist in management of financial and timeline forecasts, including monitoring
  • Manage relationship and deliverables of third party vendors and internal teams


  • 5+ years of Program Management experience 
  • Experience in the Telecom/Wireless industry    
  • Knowledge of SIP, CDMA, and GSM 
  • Excellent communication skills, including strong written, oral communication and presentation skills (able to lead internal and customer meetings)
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Strong customer-facing skills
  • Highly organized, proactive and motivated to follow through on all areas of responsibility
  • Experience with client / server architectures and mobile application development, particularly Android and iOS
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience with MS Office/Project/Visio and a bug management tools

 Travel or Other Requirements:

  • May be required to work extended hours to meet customer deadlines or resolve problems.
  • < 10% travel to customer or company offices
