Details: A Technical Product Manager job in Murray, KY, is available through Belcan. Remote candidates will also be considered. In this role, you will be commercially focused and will represent both business and customer needs to identify opportunities to improve and enhance the effectiveness of software tools, driving operational resolutions whilst defining and delivering a portfolio of initiatives for the ongoing development and optimization of our multi-channel value proposition. You will need to have many years of experience as a Technical Product Manager and be a subject matter expert in competitor analysis, business process, change management, data management, and analytics.

Product Manager duties:
• Identify and drive both short and long-term initiatives that enhance the performance of the department KPIs in support of the company strategy and strategic initiatives
• Organizing and facilitating training for product owners in conducting business analytics, developing user stories and basic understanding of the latest tech advancements, while demonstrating coaching abilities to improve the team’s skills and focus on quality
• Optimize existing functionality to drive revenue or improve conversion through refining and improving user journeys
• Collaborate with Commercial Business leaders and Software developers to understand the market requirements and define the system’s functional and technical specifications
• Identify key customer experience and business benefits, cost savings and revenue enhancements associated with any new concepts, clearly agreeing the goals, objectives, and scope of a project or initiative
• Complete detailed analysis and benchmarking of competitors proposition, marketing communications and capabilities to drive revenue enhancement or improve customer experience
• Create and own the business project plan for the business elements of the project and ensure dependencies are factored into the product delivery plan including provision of all business led documentation for the Project Process
• Implement regular progress reporting and communications to all business areas and business stakeholders detailing project progress, advising of any scope change and celebrating project success across at launch and as objectives and milestones are achieved

Product Manager qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Product Marketing, Product Management, Data Processing, Computer Information Systems, Computer Programming, Mathematics, or related field
• A minimum of 10 years of experience working in area of product management or marketing, or related computer field
• Understanding of Agile/Lean software development methodology
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
