The Technical Product Manager is responsible for a full range of activities, which ensure the operational effectiveness and excellence of the business unit. The candidate will design and document workflow, technical requirements, and make appropriate recommendations that will positively impact the business in the area of risk, fraud and compliance in financial industry. The candidate will be the functional expert on the specified areas of the application and will be the sole point of contact between the business unit, sales, and development. The role will require a strong understanding of payment industry risk and fraud, user authentication and activation flows in FinTech space.


  • Work directly with appropriate teams to understand project concept, objectives and approach
  • Gathers, defines, and documents project requirements by meeting with stakeholders
  • Defines project scope and objectives
  • Continuously prioritize activities to better meet company strategy
  • Meet with project teams regularly to review project deliverables and deadlines
  • Assesses and prepares to address the operational impacts, workflow, training
  • Prepare marketing material and documentation for internal sales teams, clients, and prospects
  • Ensures and manages specific application quality assurance in an agile environment
  • Provides final sign off on features with full review by stakeholders


  • A post-secondary degree in computer science
  • Experience in REST APIs, widgets, and SaaS software development
  • An advocate for good UI and UX design
  • Minimum 8-years of experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Product Management in FinTech industry
  • Must have knowledge in current web and mobiletechnology
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience developing financial or payment technology
  • Experience in Risk and Fraud in the financial industry is strongly desired
