Reporting to the Director of Pre-Sales, the Technical Solution Consultant is an integral part of the pre-sales process and directly supports sales pursuits of large, complex corporations. This individual will help support the technical aspects of the product including server deployment and configuration, understand product and server environment security, be intimately familiar with our tech stack, integration capabilities, and design /development technical solutions to the prospects requirements.
The technical solution consultant will provide technical direction and specialist knowledge in applying the Exari technology to the prospects business. The candidate will facilitate customer application understanding through presentations demonstrations and provide technical support throughout the sales cycle.
Essential Job Functions
As a Technical Pre-Sales Solution Consultant you will be the relied on as the expert, formulating and leading pre-sales technical support activity to prospective clients. You will develop productivity tools, develop and deliver outstanding technical presentations and technical demonstrations.
You will lead the technical pre-sales process and advise internal and external prospects on overall technical requirements and solutions.
